'Palestinians comitting war crimes'
In internal Palestinian fighting over the last three days, both Fatah and Hamas armed forces have summarily executed captives, killed people not involved in hostilities, and engaged in gun battles with one another inside and near Palestinian hospitals.
"These attacks by both Hamas and Fatah constitute brutal assaults on the most fundamental humanitarian principles," said Sarah Leah Whitson, Middle East director for Human Rights Watch. "The murder of civilians not engaged in hostilities and the willful killing of captives are war crimes, pure and simple."
Where are the reporters of South African media? They are not writing about this stuff. Where is Ronnie Kasrils and his cronies? What about our government condemning what the palestinians are doing.None of these stories even make it to news broadcasts, but if Israel was involved that would be a different story, is that not true?Just shows how screwed up and one sided the policies of our government are. It is so funny that hundreds of thousands of people are in solidarity with the palestinians, but turn a blind eye to what is happening in so called palestine and now that Israel is nowhere close to the fighting they keep quiet until an opportunity arises where they can blame Israel for the problems the palestinians have. The funny thing is that anti-Israel lobbiests will probably find away of bending the truth in order to find a way of blaming Israel in the collapse of the PA government.
If the South African government actually cared about the palestinians do you not think they should have told the palestinians that a unity government does not work ever. South Africa did the same mistake and the unity government fell through big time.
How can you have a government where the majority want Israel destroyed and the other want peace, do you really think that type of government will work?
We now have the answer and it is a definite "NO" and the world and all the Anti-Israel lobbiests should wake up and look what is happening and think to themselves was their stupid fight for the palestinians worth it?
The palestinians are back stabbing all those people who have sent rallies and marches in their favour, trying to fight for their right to exist, looks like those people were fooled into the real agenda of the palestinians.
From the way these terrorists act and still have the support of many countries world wide it seems these countries need to really start thinking are they supporting the good guys are the bad eggs.
Where is the UN ? Where is the SAHRC ? Where is COSATU? Where is EU? and the list goes on and on all those that condemn Israel in what they do but turn a blind eye to what the palestinians are doing.
Our government is so two faced they are probably keeping quiet because the policies are not going the way they thought.
Let us see how long it takes for the palestinians to fire on Israeli civilians in order to get Israel involved and then the world condemning what Israel is doing. Happens all the time, Shame on those people, just remember what goes around comes around.

Of course Israel is responsible for the collapse of the Palestinian Authority. They had an election and voted for Hamas. Israel refused to accept this, and pressurised the rest of the world into boycotting the PA. This created a power vacuum which is being exploited.
Israel - and the US - can't claim it is a democracy and then not accept the outcome of an election.
walton cmon... Have you read the hamas charter??? Do you have any idea of the ideology that creates the framework of this 'political party' hamas...
How, based purely on how hamas DEFINES ITSELF, can you honestly expect israel to deal with them.
I don't understand how you don't see your delusion.
Israel is willing to accept hamas, based on three, actually quite simple, preconditions.
1. Recognise that Israel exists.
How are you meant to talk, or deal with a body which officially refuses to accept that you exist? Surely absurd.
2. Denounce violence.
Again, how can one sit down and talk to someone who believes, in fact, that you should be wiped off the map violently... If your neighbour told you that if ever get close to you he will shoot you in the leg, and waves his gun as proof, surely you ask him to put down the gun before you decide to walk over?
3. Recognise past agreements.
Again... surely this is something obvious. Or is it each time that a new government walks into the palestinian authority they have the right to just tear up everything that came before it?
These three things have to be done to create a platform for there to be any dialogue with any real meaning... How can you not see that?
Do you not see the absurdity of your argument?
And just because someone is elected through a democracy into power, doesn't mean they have to be accepted. Why should Hamas be accepted especially when, in their core beliefs is the call for your destruction.
You ideas either show some sort of moral blindness, or a total naivety. I would like to think it is naive thinking, rather than thinking you are in total support of an organisation who calls for, within their manifesto of beliefs, the annihilation of an entire people.
JP could not have said it better, if you read my previous posts you can see how distorted walton's views are, take for example he joined the ANC in 1992 as he said then he comes around saying he is not an ANC supporter, as there is a post on his blog" Fuck the ANC" now if you join a party surely you must be a supporter, if not then why join in the first place?
Walton you have it all wrong, as no one gets to see some of the comments I post your comment on my blog as I have the right to use information you have linked to MY blog and then write a comment to your comment and then everyone else gets to read what you wrote.
I do not steal anything, I source everything. a comment on my blog I am not going to source as it belongs to me, it might be your views but as it is left on my blog, I own it and can do anything I like with it.
If I bribe someone in order to get their vote is that a well foundationed democracy? Majority of palestinians are in dire poverty and Hamas runs the soup kitchens, hmmm I wonder how they made it to government.
known fact -Unity governments do not work. I think you need to get your facts straight as the only one I see exploiting is you.
